We want to reassure you that Imani Housing Coop, has the wellbeing of you and your family, our employees and the safety and security of your home at the forefront of everything we do.
In being aware of the difficulties and hardships most of our tenants are facing,
- We are offering extra help for anyone facing financial uncertainty, and can confirm that no one will face eviction as a direct result of coronavirus. You will still need to pay your rent, so if you are struggling with rent payments, please speak to us and we can help you.
- We will continue to keep your homes safe by making sure we undertake emergency repairs and essential safety checks. If we do have a visit, we will always phone ahead and discuss how this can be achieved safely in a way that follows Government and NHS advice to stay at least 2 metres apart.
- We will be taking extra steps to help those most in need at this difficult time, helping with the safety and wellbeing of our older and more vulnerable tenants.
